Engineered Supply warrants that all parts are manufactured using materials free from defects for a period of one year from the listed date of commencement.

Engineered Supply will install and supply replacement parts or repair parts promptly (at Engineered Supply’s expense) in the event of defective or deficiencies in the supplied parts which appear during the warranty period. The Building Owner, or their agent, shall promptly give notice in writing to Engineered Supply of observed defects and deficiencies that occur during the warranty period.

This Warranty does not include any conditions or damages resulting from accidents, alterations, weathering, misuse, abuse, or failure to follow Engineered Supply’s drawings and written instructions with respect to inspection, maintenance, and use. This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. In no event shall Engineered Supply be liable or responsible for consequential damages or for any other direct or indirect damage, loss, cost, expense, or fee. This warranty does not cover adjacent items such as roofing or primary structure, nor does it cover anything that is not specifically listed.
